If the troubles around the Mindy Mccready tape weren’t bad enough, it seems that Mindy has some upcoming legal battles to wage. The country music hotty and ex-drug addict is trying to regain custody of her 4 year old son. Her son is currently in the custody of Mccready’s mother, Gayle Inge.

According to to Mindy’s publicist, getting her son back is her numer 1 priority at the moment. Mccrady gave her son up when he was 18 months old, because quite simply she was too off her face on drugs to raise him properly. Must be weird having a mother who was in a super hot sex video!
